Your creator business will fail.
If you don’t have a plan.
One of the biggest reason why solopreneurs creator fail is because they don’t have a proper plan.
They are stuck in a loop.
And they never make any progress
If you don’t want to fall in that cycle
You NEED to know these 4 things before you start your business:
Your Target audience
Your Ideal customer avatar
Your Solution
Your USP
In this issue, I’ll walk you through each one.
Let’s get into it ↓
Easy setup, easy money
Making money from your content shouldn’t be complicated. With Google AdSense, it isn’t.
Automatic ad placement and optimization ensure the highest-paying, most relevant ads appear on your site. And it literally takes just seconds to set up.
That’s why WikiHow, the world’s most popular how-to site, keeps it simple with Google AdSense: “All you do is drop a little code on your website and Google AdSense immediately starts working.”
The TL;DR? You focus on creating. Google AdSense handles the rest.

1. Your Target Audience
There are 3 types of audiences you can pick from:
People like you.
People you have helped before.
People who are underserved.
My recommendation is you pick → People like you.
Why?
Because you will know exactly what the pain points are and how to solve them.
And it will also save you on ton of research work since you already know who you are helping (people like you).
2. Your Ideal Customer Avatar
Think of target audience as a big pool of potential customers.
And your ideal customer avatar is the exact type of person who you want to help.

To build your Ideal customer avatar, you need to describe it using these 5 characteristics:
Age
Gender
Profession
Problem
Interest
Note: Pick 3 or more characteristics to describe your avatar.
Here’s an example:
Ideal customer avatar for personal trainer:
35+ year old (age), busy working professionals (profession), who struggle to get in shape due to busy schedules (problem)
3. Your Solution
Once you know who you are helping
You need to know how you will help them aka — your solution.
For this use my OPS Framework: Outcome, Problem Solution

Outcome: What is the desired outcome/result your ideal customer wants to achieve?
Problem: List down all the pain points your ideal customer avatar has when it comes to achieving the desired outcome.
Solution: How will you help them achieve this outcome? What are the steps they need to take to achieve the desired outcome.
4. Your USP
You can have the best solution in the world but if you don’t communicate it effectively it won’t matter.
Your USP will help you combine all three pillars of the foundation
And communicate it in a way that resonates with your target audience.
For this you can use Who, How, What framework.
Who you help
How you help them
What you help them achieve
Actionable step: Write a one line message using all 3 elements.
Example: I help busy professionals (who), get in optimal physique (what) without spending hours in the gym using my unique training approach (how).
The System That Makes This Work
Everything you just read falls apart without a system.
That’s why I built The Audience Monetization OS.
It’s a practical operating system for creators who want to monetize their audience
without selling posts, running launches, or being online 24/7.
This isn’t a long course you “study.”
It’s a system you can set up in 120 minutes to automate growth and income.

Conclusion
You will only be able to build a successful business once have these 4 foundation pillars in place.
Your target audience
Your Ideal customer avatar
The Solution
Your USP
Building and defining these pillars is one of the most important steps in your business.
It will give you clarity on:
Who you are helping, how you are helping them and why they should choose you.
Hope you found this helpful.
That’s it from me today.
